[TI] CBS not shooting enemy players?

I built a CBS in 4-2 , it was fully built, shields down, an enemy EIC player flew over it and sat there uncloaked and attacked me but the base didnt attack him, we didnt have an alliance with his clan, the CBS only attacked him when he shot the middle, it was the same for other enemy players who flew over it, they weren't attacked, so I want to know what the hell is going on lol

 

Maybe cause your Clan is on Company affiliation: ALL, which means your cbs will be red for them but wont shot till they shot it, change it to Company affiliation: MMO or EIC or VRU for it to shot them straight away if they not allianced or nap with you.

Curious to why it doesnt shoot anyone if it's the clan Affiliation is set to all... Why not shoot everyone but your own clan and allied clan members, if you have an answer for that that'll be great but other than that, no more questions.

 

Also make sure that the current member list is all the same company ... any non company members in the clan will not allow the clan leader to reset your clan affiliation. The [CBS] will appear Red to same company users and clans .... Also check your diplomacy page ... some Alliance's , Your MCC Alliances do have access to your CBS ... example I may have a member from another Alliance Clan/MCC . That user seems friendly but he can attack you and the CBS whether shields are down , Especially during CBS Prime-Time . That aka friendly user/diplomacy Alliance may be in an outfit and can pop you and your CBS ... Suggestion ... make your clan all same member ... Your Alliances are another question that needs to be addressed with your Clan Leader/Founder
