[TI] Chat always disconnect and reconnect.

    Hi. my chat works perfectly fine an hour ago but when i online later my chat connect, disconnect then reconnect but it reconnect all the time and lose connection. I tried to clear cache but the problem is still there. any tips?

    Hello all,

    Unfortunately the current issues with chat are outside the scope of the people who work on DO. However the responsible department are working to try and resolve the on-going on/off issues that is affecting the chat on several Bigpoint games (including DO).

    If we receive an update on the issue then we will be sure to forward this information along, however at the moment we can only apologize for any inconvenience that has resulted from this problem.
