[TI] Chat Connection Lost

Hey there, anyone got this issue like me or it's just myself?
{chat.dochat.chat.authenticationFailed}
The connection to the server was lost.
I already tried clear cache and stuff but still not working since yesterday.
It only chat,game play still fine.

 

i got the same problem , i posted it earlier somewhere , instead off solving the problem , i got a warning from support for double post ( LMAO !! )
so thet can warn you, but solving real problems thats a bit harder for darkorbit ,

i guess keeping the forum `clean` from real issues , then it looks like a really nice game and community with no issues at all , good job there darkorbit ..

back to topic , mine chat still dont work since they came out with the crafting system ..

 

I think double posting and being generally Grumpy is ok but it doesnt help anyone... if you want to spout off then go to Speakers Corner or whatever... if you check Tech Issues or General or even OA before you make a new Thread you can usually find that you are not alone and that someone has your same issue and maybe some sort of fix, even if only temporary, and if not you can at least post there and save clutter.... ultimately the FMs are not on the Dev Team and can only point you in the right direction and stop Spam, double posts etc etc... without them the Forum would not be here or would not make any sense!!

If you are still experiencing issues with the chat system can I ask you do the following.

• Clear cache / dump any temp files.
  
• Ensure browsers, flash, java etc are up to date.

If you are still unable to connect to chat, resetting your router should resolve the issues.

If however, none of the above resolve the issues, please create a thread on the Chat Board, so that we may investigate further for you. The Chat Board is a restricted part of the forum with only the OP and Chat Team being able to see individual threads, this allows you to post account information such as UID without the community having access.
