[TI] Chat down again?

    Is it my PC or is chat down again?It was fine until about 7:00 a.m. UTC +2 but now it is down?I click the refresh icon but it doesn't happen anything.It just stucks there and says "connection to the server was lost".

    I did not have this issue today? So not sure. I am on GE1

  3. There is definitely a problem with the group chat, at least on USA east.
    OR people just do not want to "type" and fly.
    Flew in a group of 6 yesterday and there was very little chat or you could call it comradery that this game should promote.
    As soon as I enter a group I hit the "reconnect button" and can chat to more, butt not all.

    So you had members of the group tell you:"i can hear you but <insert name> can't."
    Something like that?
     
  7. some of the group participated in group chat.
    Some did not because their chat does NOT work.
    IN ANSWER to your original question, "Is it my PC", if you have a clean cache and flash then it is most likely the GAME.
    Many people have complained on the "problems with chat".

    It is probably NOT your PC...............

    Yes,i cleared my flash player and cache,yet it keeps happening.I also contacted some people in-game and they said that it's me who has the problem but i also had another person tell me that he had lags in the Saturday morning and his chat also didn't work.

    its not your pc m8 its there chat system is broken and they are not fixing it just replacing it hope this helps

    dam i comment on this forum post then not long after mine is the same no chat lol there system keps ip blacklisting people
     
  15. As from my experience, my chat was down for 4 months and it was due to IP issues. I contacted the support about the problem and they ask for my Public IP address and they said that my chat would be back. Yes it came back but only for I while, I then remember that I have a Dynamic Public IP so, its changing per day and I ask the support if they could provide a fix for a certain range of Public IP but they said the fix was only for one Public IP only. So now whenever my Public IP would be the one that I reported, my chat would be available, then it will gone for the next days, until my Public IP changes to the one I reported again. Sadly if I ask my ISP to give me a Static Public IP, I would have to pay additional charges, so I gave up, since I'm not frequently chatting and it seems like there is a reason since most of the times, no one is chatting.

    Seems like •»Radiance«• is right.Problem just re-appeared.I am not even going to bother posting again for chat.

    We need you to include your User ID, the server you play and your IP address so we can check on it for you. We are happy to fix this for you.

    You also have the option of contacting support and there is a link in my signature should you need it.
