    Hello -BIG_COUNTRY-,

    First off, please try a few things to see if it affects your chat; 1. clear your various caches 2. try a different browser 3. reboot your computer 4. reboot your internet modem/router (to be sure it isn't caching any old data) 5. make sure your flash player and browser are completely up to date.

    Once you have completed the above items and are still experiencing the problem, you will need to contact support. Please be sure to provide them with your current IP address when you write in to assist in the process. If you are not sure how to find your current IP address, just do a quick search for 'what is my ip' and most search engines will direct you to a site where you can find it easily if it doesn't just give you your IP address in the search results. There is a link in my signature below for support in case you need it.

    Closing as referred to support if necessary.
