    it came back online after the restart this morning, but it is down again

    The US and GA chats are having an issue again today. We've alerted someone so just waiting on a fix, hopefully it'll be soon.

    Yes unfortunately the issue with chat on the US and GA servers continues. Please see this thread for any updates we receive.
