[TI] chat load errors in east 1 server

i do not know what on earth this means
but i rarely have a chat working
it always says this : Could not load Chat. Error:
[SecurityErrorEvent type="securityError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2048"]
one time before it said "giggles" in that error message. i see that im not the only one. but what is going on?

 

Have you looked at the Headquarters section?

Solid Eye made a post saying all US chat servers are down at the moment.

 

at the moment? its been months!!

 

Do you have an, "Authorization Failed!" showing, a blank chat box or an error code somewhat close to what OP has?

As KilerStreak mentioned (ty), chat is down for everyone at the moment (us included). If you're having issues with the chat beyond that there isn't much that can be done to work it out until it's back.

If when chat is working again and your chat has the "Authorization failed" message as mentioned above then you may need to contact support with your IP address so they can check it or advise further if needed.
