[TI] Chat Not Working

Hello Mates,

I've tried clearing my cache and restarting 2 different browsers. I am able to play the game fine, just not able to chat with anyone. It shows a connection issue with the chat, the chat box just stays clear.

Anyone else having this issue?

When you log into the client, does a popup text appear notifying you that your chat isn't connecting? I recently had this issue, and it persisted until I contacted support and filed a ticket. It was fixed within the week and without much hassle, I advise you contact support as soon as you can about this and they'll get it fixed for you

Thanks to DeusExMachina, for their assistance. This is a common issue we've seen and some fairly simple steps have resolved many of these. Please be sure you have already cleared your various caches, rebooted your computer and rebooted your internet modem/router. If the problem still persists, you would need to contact support for resolution. Please provide support with your UserID, the server you play on and your IP address so they can look into the problem for you as quickly as possible.
