    Cleared cache,
    restarted browser,
    restarted PC.

    Chat on GA2 still out.

    Yes, this is still an issue (at least for me).
    Also, the chat box remains blank when in GB2 (yesterday).

    In addition, GA3 had the same blank chat box issue.

    This is still and issue for me too ..No chat and says failed every server and every browser I have tried .clearing cache does nothing neither does rebooting router or pc

    I know it may be a bit silly, but have you updated your Java and Flash, and made sure to clear the cache of those programs?

    Yes sir. Adobe and java have been cleared and refreshed as well as the browser.
    The computer has also gone through another clearing today and a power down / power up.
    I will do it again tomorrow and keep you updated.

    Unfortunately we do not have an easy fix at this time for this issue.
    We have passed it along to have further investigation done on the matter.

    This morning I received notification of a Flash upgrade (to version 21.0.0.186) .
    I installed it.
    Chat still did not come up.
    Oh well. Good luck at solving this.

    cold heart I solved my chat issue maybe it would work for you also

    something to do with your adapter settings

    Update !
    I went through an uninstall of both java and flashplayer (total of 3 times). The chat box is now re-appearing on the client screen.
    Sorry for any confusion on my part.

    It is now working.
