    im on us east 3 and Chat is not working for me but my clan says that they have chat.
    I dont understand why mine is a black screen but theres works.
    ive reloged and everything and still nothing.

    Hi all,

    The group responsible for chat is investigating the issue. Unfortunately, the problems have been on and off.

    It's a general issue, outside the scope of the DO team, but we'll get word out as we learn more.

    In the meantime, we hope the update is going well for you otherwise.
