    chat isn't working in any of the servers i go to witch i don't know witch one i am but when i come in the game and the chat is failed to connect and every other game i play don't have this trouble

    There are a few things you can try. First of all, try uninstalling your Advanced Jump CPU from your ship if you have one equipped to see if that helps with your FPS issues.
    As for your flashplayer crashing, we can only recommend you uninstall your Adobe Flashplayer program, then download it again to your computer.
    We can also suggest trying to use a different web browser as the one you are using may not be compatible if updates were recent.

    I contacted and researched and found that I cannot do the following :
    1. Uninstall my Flashplayer
    2. Can I install any browser other than Chrome?
    No. It's not possible to install or run any other browser on a Chrome device, because you can't run client software on it. The Chrome operating system runs Chrome only ...


    Now to contact support and see if they will include The Chrome OS ... I can play any other game out there on the web and have [0%] difficulty operating a chat client

  3. When was the last time you cleared your browser history? Make sure you clear "from beginning" and every thing is checked except passwords and autofill to be cleared.

    Hello,

    If you are getting the "authentication failed" message in your chat box, please try contacting support. They can usually help fix this, bar some rare instances.

  5. my chat box is empty
    was working on sunday
    now I get the chat.dochat.chat authentication top screen
    using windows 10 - I have no control of my flash anymore
    ive washed all my chips

    Thank you for contacting us on this matter.

    I would first ask that you try the following things. I know you have probably done all these things before-
    Please humor me!


    1. Log out of the game... go to
    your browser and clear the history (I know you have done this before) -

    2. Then go to the flash player - here is a link>

    (This is an actual web page - not just an image)

    delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

    Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.



    3. If not could you please attempt this on a different web browser.


    4. If none of these work, please try turning off your Modem for approximately 3-5 minutes and then restart the modem.

    5. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact support and request that they look at your IP for a ban or restriction.

  7. Well Just when I thought I was able to chat again, lost connection to chat server. I only had chat for less then 12hrs. I have no restrictions, no ban, everything clean and updated, new internet with great connection/no restrictions. In all my attempts to be able to chat in game nothing works. Then when I get chat back...there goes the neighborhood and no chat. It's clearly an in game issue..

  9. I have contacted support when this issue started, do I need to submit another report abou this to support?

    No, if you have contacted support I would continue to use the same ticket number and I know it is difficult but with the recent in game issues from the customization update. You may need to be a little patient as support is quite backed up.
