    Hello, i would like to ask if this is a glitched clan base?

    they havent bring down the shields to regenerate the duration of its shields, they have been on since they built it

    The CBS's have still got problems they are trying to work out and is the reason the Modules have not been returned as of yet, as they are trying to make sure they do not have to do the job twice.
