[TI] Clan Credit Payouts

I'm concerned about the clan payouts. I will provide some pictures to help elaborate, but basically what I am seeing with a particular member is the amounts available/allowed to payout to him change. One week it is 10 million the next is 25 million then back to only 10 million and then suddenly only 1 million.

This member has not left the clan and returned or anything like that. He has remained in the clan since joining.

Today it shows allowed only 1 million. Now is this because last time he was allowed 25 million but I had only given 24 million?

Note* as you see in the first pic, a payout of 10 million, then 25 million but then max was set at only 10 million? Wondering why this happens is all. Has noting to do with clan funds available, there is always enough before I help out.

The rate is reset once a week so the 1 mil is what was left from the 24 he was sent recently. I believe the reset date is on Sunday (verify by looking to see exactly when the quantity returns to maximum. The longer a player stays in the clan the more they can get to a max of 250 mil a week (assuming the clan has that much), BUT this is not a 7 day week it is during D O's definition of a week, so max sent Saturday reset on Sunday and max can be sent on Sunday again.

So I guess the next question would be, on GA1 what day exactly does the "payout" rates reset? Also should I payout the 1 mil left before the reset day? I ask this because if he is reset to 25 mill max he will loose out on getting that 1 mill

Yes go ahead and pay the other mil to him if he needs it. I am pasting information from the FAQ below to help understand the rate change but every week that a person is a member of the clan their maximum payout should increase another 10 mil. Easiest way to see when the system does the reset is to watch when the member is able to receive more credits as this is the day of the reset. Again I believe it was Sunday Server Reset time.


How Clan payout system works:

Maximum payout in the first week of clan membership: 5 million Credits.

An additional 10 million Credits for each week the player is member of the clan.

This number adds up for every week a player is member of the clan (e.g. after the second week 15 million, after three weeks 25 million and so on)

I payed out the 1 million the day of this first post. Now today I look and max payout for this member is only 10 million. This is the problem.

Perhaps an admin can take a look and sort it out?

Okay so IF I am correct, on the 17th he should be able to receive 45 Million. The other 10 may have been from a glitch that was reported to Support and corrected which would increase his available to what it should have been. Since things like this are not being presented to the forums by the TEAM we can only assume this is what is happening. I know the amount resets ONCE a WEEK and until Maxed out climbs by 10 mill a week. You say his stayed at 25 mil for 2 weeks so it makes sense they had a system glitch that got corrected and added the weekly increase when it was corrected. Send him the other 10 mil allowed and see if it resets tomorrow (to 45 mil) or Monday (like I say I am not sure as to which day it happens as I have not been in a clan with taxes for a while), IF D O were to keep us informed of issues found/corrected it would reduce the amount of Support tickets and improve community morale and possibly even keep some of the players in the game.

After looking at the logs posted again I can say for certain that it was a glitch that got corrected as he should have been maxed at 35 mill on the payout on the 14th.

 

Well this problem is still ongoing. Would be nice to actually see a mod or admin pipe in here and try help me out.

Might be faster to send a ticket into Support attach as much documentation as you can to, either the initial report or the auto response (I do this as I have not figured out how to do it in the initial report). This might get some response to the issue, I remember they had a similar issue just after they placed the limits on payouts.

I have joined a clan and see the Payout changed on reset Thursday morning. This is when the amount should reset as it is when the rate was increased for me. Joined the clan on 23rd and jumped to 15 Mil on the 28th.
