[TI] Client not loading

What do I do to get the client page to load? So Frustrating.

 

hiya Rotts game has been down for a while now. just waiting patiently to get back in

Solid-Eye or ASTREA, any ideas on whats happening with servers..USA East Server??

 

West server also

 

Crazy I have been off for awhile and cant get onto my prime acct. it loads then freezes when the daily bonus appears. I click the ok button and nothing happens. Tried starting a new acct and got as far as my hanger but no luck on the client even opening up. Madhatter[uw2011] can't even reach the forum on my main acct. This sucks.

 

ALL SERVERS ARE DOWN.......

 

It was take your kids to work day at DO (what could go wrong) cheer up guys they will find the issue soon ..I hope

 

Is the darkorbit server still down?

no, still not working...able to login and thats about it

 

in case tech is wanting to know, log in is incredibly slow, ships have been removed, gates removed (tabs for them still functioning) can't purchase but can get to store. start works but creates black screen. at log in there was an issue with the daily deal causing an error as well.

yea USA West down also and back page doesn't load equipment when tap is clicked

 

Hangar doesnt work, Mail system not working, but i can get to clan page, change info, not sure about shop or auction..Game page still does not load

 

FIX THE DAMN GAME

So to answer everyone's question ''Why Doesnt DO put out a post regarding the issue'' Well they did, ayt 940 this morning. So why dont they update us? We pay good money for this game you may say to yourself
Well the answer is simple...because they dont want to.
DO, as a hole, does not communicate well with their customers, nor do they ever intend to.
Ive been playing since 2010 and communication and customer service and fair play is not something they strive for.
When you, the player realize this, you will view the game entirely differently.
DO will fix the game when DO is ready to fix the game. That being said I can all but guarantee that it will be up in time for Mega...they dont want to lose any profits. That has also been their M.O. for prolonged down times...Its always up in time for Mega.

So take my advise and remember what I said, and relax. Its just a game. It will be up when it is up.
