[TI] Cloaking chip bug free 1 cloak

    hi all

    I found a cloaking chip bug with the 50 cloak chip,

    when you use the last cloak on your chip, either log off or return to base take the chip off and you still have the cloak, then when you add the chip back its still good for 1 more go, its a free cloak that never ends. unless you forget to take the chip off and uncloak yourself then the chip disappears.
