    Well yall fixed game then broke it again today...It has same issue like yesterday game page no loading... I know BIGpoint want to money but atleast test you damn updates properly before pushing it on server...Its shameful

    This is crazy i do agree! Fix the problems this is some REMOVED! And expect money for mhh! About to move to a different game!

  3. Well seeing y'all are not the only ones affected by it i also can not get in game i will post a earlier post that i found about the same issuse but it was back in 2015 here it is :

    Hello everyone,

    Currently there's a number of you who cannot fully navigate the backpage or load the game client as a black screen appears rather than the game elements.
    There also seems to be a few of you who can't log in at all as a part of this

    If still experiencing these issues, we have been asked for traceroutes to try and help locate and resolve the issue. You can provide these to us here in this thread, or to support if you would rather do so that way (we can also edit your post to remove the information once it has been passed on if you wish, just let us know!)


    If you are unsure how to do a traceroute:
    1. Open Windows Menu (bottom left corner)
    ->Type cmd.exe and click enter
    -->For Windows 8.1 you are looking for the "Command Prompt"
    ---> Windows 10 users, I'm afraid I can't advise if it is different for you. Hopefully there's someone around here with Win10 who has it who could advise if needed:)

    2. Type any of the following into the command prompt. I have provided a few servers so you can select the one most relevant to the one you might normally play:
    GB1:
    tracert darkorbit-46-game-01-pub-01.bigpoint.net
    GE1:
    tracert darkorbit-22-game-01-pub-01.bigpoint.net
    US East 1:
    tracert darkorbit-22-game-01-pub-01.bigpoint.net
    GA1:
    tracert darkorbit-69-game-01-pub-01.bigpoint.net
    US West:
    tracert darkorbit-145-game-01-pub-01.bigpoint.net

    Once you have entered any of those into the command prompt, hit enter.

    When finished, you can take a screenshot (PrintSc) similar to how you might do screenshots of chat or game, or you can right click to select all and then press enter to copy the results.

    Again, you can provide those here, or send them to support if you would rather.
    For those who wish to send it to support, there is a link in my signature below which you can use to do so.

    PLEASE ALSO REPLY WITH YOUR CURRENT WINDOWS VERSION AND BROWSER VERSION- this will help the team identify the root cause of the problem.

    Hopefully with this we can help to get the issues resolved sooner for everyone affected
