    hmm currently was thinking of maybe playing this game again and well i just get a long "establishing connection" box that never ends or finishes hence making the game unavailable for me :(
     
  2. For me im able to log in at midnight and morning sadly no spaceball or crazy cubes for me :(
     
  3. talked with AT&T internet support today, we checked my flash, adobe flash 17.0.0.169, cleared flash, pinged DarkOrbit.com 178.132.240.100 with 32 bytes of data, ping statistics were 4 packets sent, 4 packets received, 0 packets lost, approx. roundtrip min 143ms, mas 260ms, average 172ms, checked internet connection, and network settings, all checked out, don't know where to go from there, AT&T support does not see any issues on their end concerning problems with DarkOrbit

    I am sorry that we here in forums do not have any updated information on this matter. The only thing further I could suggest is to contact support and see if they possible know more on this that I am aware of.

    Im having a similar issue, I've contacted AT&T and they said theyre not seeing any issues. I then contacted darkorbit support and they had me run a ton of trace routes and have yet to hear back from them in a week and a half so guess were just screwed? lol.
     
  6. they had me do the same thing and this is really annoying i almost lost top 10 because of this in parasite tide. First when i contacted support they said it was AT&T then i contacted them they said it wasnt them now idk what to do.
     
  7. and is it weird that this is only happening to me on global and usa servers?

    I am sorry that you are experiencing this type of issue, at this time the only recourse that we can offer is to continue to speak with support and hopefully they will have more information on this matter.

    I've been having this problem for MONTHS now using AT&T Uverse. I have thankfully been able to temporarily resolve this issue by spending MY money on a premium proxy which still adds to lag but atleast I'm able to play at normal times. Honestly though I can understand an issue, and thanks for attempting to resolve our concerns Atstrea along with other moderators here on the forums but this is getting out of hand. I think there should be more consideration put into how many players may be unable to connect and I understand you have limited abilities but I would ask you attempt to stress the importance of this issue to support and higher darkorbit administration as much as you think necessary to restore the ability to play. Personally I have lost my rank as General to now colonel along with my rank 1 clan dispersed and I have yet to spend any money until this problem is resolved and I doubt I'm the only one doing so. Thanks for reading and if anyone else IS having this issue I stress that you reply here to show that there is growing stress about this problem.

    PS: Even if nothing can be done maybe more information with a statement from IT or someone that has information on the topic to inform us of a estimated time of correction. If anyone would like for me to shed light on my quantitative connectivity issues I could do so.

    I 've been having the same issues for the past two weeks on gb1 in the uk I cannot connect to the maps it just hangs there, conntacted support last week and still no responce to the problem !!!!!
     
  11. This has been going on for me for 8-9 months. So since like september or october last year.

    Thank you Clack321, for offering addition information as to what you had to do to be able to access the game during a variety of times. I will pass the information along and hopefully this will give the development team more information as to work towards a solution.

  13. Has the team working on this problem given a estimated timeline of when this will be resolved? Oh and it would also be helpful if an official announcement was posted acknowledging the issues with AT&T, given that it is a very widespread issue.
     
  14. When I asked for a estimated timeline they said they didn't know when AT&T would fix this since its on their side.
     
  15. US West Coast AT&T, same connection issues as everyone else is having. I contacted the ISP and they were unable to resolve the problem. I tried out a trial VPN by turning it on and off to make sure, and it is with great certainty that the game runs perfectly with the vpn on compared to it being off. Unfortunately my 10 minutes trial ran out :3
     
  16. tragic, i hope the window 10 update and the 3d update will combine for me and = no lag :p im not that lucky tho xD

    Not only AT&T, Time Warner too. I am not getting a connection for chat box at all not here on old server, or Reloaded both are out.
