[TI] Config bugged

    Hello, my Hangar says I have a fully loaded config I.E shields lasers etc... all equipped. but when in game it says I don't, I have removed all the items equipped to my ship and re-equipped them. still to no effect. My ship name is IIIII [6] which is wrong too, I have no clue what is going on.
    I attack something and it says no lasers equipped, it says no rocket launcher is equipped etc.. my configs are all messed up and support refuses to help me.

    Have you used the "Delete Config" button next to the config selector? Have you cleared all of your history and caches? These are the first things to do. If they do not fix the issue, create a ticket and when you get the "Auto Response" attach screen shots of the error (in-map) the config (in Hangar, both unequipped and equipped) and explain you have cleared the history and caches and are still having the issue. You have to be patient with Support as they are a fickle group but unless a Team Member forwards the issue to a Technician then Support is the only way it will be rectified, again if my earlier suggestions do not clear the issue.

    You will need to post you USER ID, SERVER, and Game Name (if different than Forum name) for assistance from the forum staff, like I post when I reply.

    thank you, there is a bug with my drones and their designs. I have 2 design slots and I have llight house designs in both slots on all drones. I only have 6 designs. everytime I remove a design I get another design. so essentially I'm duplicating light house designs for my drones. I had to unequip them, (which only duplicated them) then re-equip them. now it works but I have double the light house drone designs.

    Ok, the drones have 2 slots.
    1. For Hercules and Havocs
    2. Cosmetic designs such as the Demons / Frost / Bat etc...

    Place 2 cosmetic drone designs in both slots will work properly.
    Could you please provide the following information so that we can investigate the matter further.

    Ship Name
    Server
    User ID.
