[TI] config doesn't stay where i put it

    when i enter config mode and move my things where i want them they dont stay there. i cleared chrome data through ccleaner and that didnt fix anything. what else can i do?
     
  2. I've heard a few others have issues with this, however I haven't heard of support saying anything about it. Perhaps try contacting them, and let us know if there is an issue?

    Can you be a bit more specific on this particular issue, like exactly what you do... How long it takes before the change occurs, etc. Possibly provide the following information as to assist us in investigating the matter further.

  4. I have an issue that may be related, and am not sure where to post it.
    Recently, my 'Item Category' bar (which is accessed by pressing the up-arrow button on the right side of the Quickslot/Action bar, and shows what ammo, missiles, mines, CPUs, etc. are available to your ship) has moved to an area between the center and bottom of the screen. When I go into Settings and click on the 'Open Config Mode' button to move the bar, the button that is used to drag the bar around the screen (which normally appears on the left side of the bar (and is called the "4-way arrow icon", I just found out)) has disappeared completely. Therefore I cannot move the 'Item Category' bar at all. The drag-button (4-way arrow icon) for the bar disappeared several days ago and has not reappeared. I have 2 accounts, and they are both having this problem.
    I hope I have explained the problem clearly. Can someone help me, please?

  5. I have this problem with my mini map. It never stays where I put it, instead will jump around a little bit the first time I jump portals. Once it has moved though, it stays in its self adjusted place.

    Hi guys,

    Thank you all for providing us with this additional information. I have checked and it does appear that issues with the quickslot bars are being investigated by support. The two issues have been described in above posts, being;
    - Issues with the hotbars not saving positions
    - Arrow icon to move hotbar does not appear when "open config" is activated

    These issues don't appear to be affecting everybody, however they certainly do seem to be affecting some players, therefore we can only thank you for your patience whilst support do investigate these issues.

  8. And I don't think it's the 'Hotbar'. You have so many names for so many of the user interfaces that it can all become very confusing.
    As I have said, the problem is with the 'Item Category Bar', which is the bar that is accessed by pressing the button on the right side of what I believe you are calling the 'Hotbar'.

    Do you understand me? Because 'Gary' in Support doesn't seem to, and emailing him has become quite frustrating.

    I agree that the names of these different 'bars' can be confusing, however i did understand which 'bar' you mean and what your issue was (see image below).

    i have just checked and i can see that this issue has been investigated by support and has been referred to the developers to be looked into (and fixed!). Also to our understanding this is not a server related issue, but an issue that appears to be affecting users without premium.

    Therefore thank you for your help and patience whilst the developers look to find a solution to this.
