    Hello, today when I have tried to log on I am not able to connect, and the few times that I have been able to, nothing will load besides my ship. I figure this has something to do with the chat problems, but I figured I post just in case. My router has been reset, cache cleared, etc, etc.

    I would ask, have you done the following:

    1. Ran a ping test-
    2. Done a trace route -

    If you have could you please provide the following information:

    Ship Name: Not Type
    User ID:
    Server:
    Type of Internet connection: Cable / DSL / Wireless / Phone server connection.

    Could you also provide a copy of the Trace Route so that we can assist you further on this matter.
