[TI] constantly No credit given for video ads

    In the last year at least, I have watched about 100 videos and surveys that I did not get any credit for. Sick of of it. What is so hard about getting it to work properly. It has gotten so bad it's about 50 % of the time, really.

    same happens to me and about 10 others. We stopped watching the videos it's just a scam.

    I've been watching an ad for the last 15 minutes...
    What's the benefit of saving 45 minutes by watching an ad that never ends?

    at least you get the option which i believe is based upon your isp
    i don't or very rarely am able to watch a video ( no videos available ) screen 99.9 % times
    sucks to be me .............ha

    Must have been the NFL adds. If so I had the same 1. And you are correct most of them do not work and if the add does work it dont - the time quoted! Many ppl have complained about this and nothing as of yet has been done, Just like the JPB pop up window a lot of ppl dont get it even though there in the allowed areas. But good luck hope you make head way with this thread!!!

    I am also getting sick of trying to watch these things.. 75+% dont work, as said before, and this is something which defeats the object for DO and also the companies that want us to see their Advertisement>>>

    the supplier of this needs to get their act together or they will end on the scrap heap of 'scammers'...

    If I wanted my Ads, which can cost a lot of money to produce, to play in this way and they did not... I would stop using this method!!!

    maybe DO should ditch them altogether or put pressure on the Co that supplies them!

    Your missing the point of click adds do some looking into them BigPont is getting payed by the add supplier no matter if they work or not. Last time I looked its was like 68% per add clicked. So just know we are getting stuck by the man! Do the math on just a buck 68% of 1.00$ = .68 Now say 1000 people do it a day 1000 x .68 = 680$. Now we all know more then 1000 ppl click the adds but this number is just to show what they make off of us a day with out us even knowing and not even getting what we clicked for!!!!

    Just a tidbit of info Pat Flynn, the owner of SmartPassiveIncome. In his own September 2013 report he stated that his niche site SecurityGuardTrainingHG generates $1,466.33 in revenue with 800 to 1,000 visits per day.

    Hello All,

    As I can understand your frustration with the video issue. It has been reported previously as a problem.
    The issue however does not appear to be on Bigpoint/Dark Orbits end, as the options for viewing do appear in the gaming screen. It appears to be a connection issue from the provider. None the less we are still working to get the matter resolved.
    As of yet we have no word on when this may be completed.

    Please know that the videos are not costing you anything but time... and if this is causing you, a valued member of the community this much frustration. By all means avoid them until the matter is resolved.

    If the video ads are as Parasite suggests, merely a way for Bigpoint to make money... then your avoidance of them will hopefully help to encourage someone to resolve the issue of these videos not working.
