  1. Hello,
As the title suggests I've not been able to connect to the spaceman whatsoever. It keeps giving me the error of "The connection was interrupted, you are no longer connected to the darkorbit game server,...".
I am currently trying to play from a macbook pro, with the OS X El Captain (10.11.1).
Clearing history, cache from flash player as well as safari did not work. I have the AVG antivirus installed. I've tried turning off my firewall, connecting trough a cable (ethernet) etc.
I've been looking for solutions on the forums and web in general with no luck yet.
I'm quite new to the mac operating system so I wouldn't know if it's just standard settings that should be adjusted by me or that there's something else, hopefully someone could help me on this.

    Kind regards

«ķłm123», Have you tried to replicate the issue in a different browser? Are you running any type of ad-block or peer-block software? If so, try disabling those softwares as well.

Please let us know the status of your issue.

    Best regards,

  3. Hello, I have indeed tried using different browsers such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox but i had no luck on those either. I do run Adblock Plus for safari but not on those other browsers as it merely was to try if the issue could be browser related.

Currently I'm still looking for a solution for the issue.

I'm not sure if this could be of any help but perhaps it can.
I acces internet from a university student home, which I think isn't a problem since I can play other browser games and LoL and more.
Our university has a working platform which allows you to acces loads of programs without downloading them such as ChemBioDraw, Image-J, Python, Dev-C++ etc. This also includes browsers, such as internet explorer, mozilla and google chrome. Interestingly enough I can connect to the spacemap from the platform (this also rules out an account related issue), we use a third party program to acces these platform programs. You basically log onto the platform, and you can open the programs using Citrix Receiver.

I am new to the mac OS X, so It could be a simple setting that I would have to change but I really wouldn't know what.

    Kind regards.

«ķłm123», The fact that you are able to get to the space map through the RemoteApp, indicates that the issue is with your PC or internet connection as the RemoteApp does not technically run on your PC. It runs from the server that is hosting the application and the images are returned to your PC in the virtual window. Can you try logging in from an Internet HotSpot? If you are able to do so, then the problem is with your internet connection. If not, then the problem is with your PC and you may need to get a professional to look at the issue.

    Best regards,
