    After a bid, I loss and I didn't get my credits back.

    This is a known, and lond standing issue the devs are "looking into"

    Meaning of course it will take months, if ever for anything to be done. If after 24 hours you still didn't get your credits back, contact support, they may, only may, be able to help.
