[TI] Dome Formation not regenerating shield

So I bought Dome formation and expecting it to work just like the diamond formation, but at half the power of regenerating. As I tested it, I have noticed that it does not regenerate shields at all.
Would anyone else confirm, or is it just me?

I also made a thread on this matter twice now, once when the formations first came out and one shortly after they nerfed the formations about a week ago; the first thread got a reply saying they passed the issue up to support, unfortunately they still haven't fixed it and my second thread never got a reply.

Lets hope yours does cause it is still broken

 

Hell yeah its broken, I bought this formation for lots of URI and i goddamned expected it to do what it says in the description.
