[TI] Drone Formation

  1. Hi Guys! Not sure if this is the proper place to post this, but I figure it has to do with the formation of my drones... so here goes. Why aren't my Drone Formations staying in place when I use Jump Gates? It seems that anytime I now use a jump gate my drones change formation. This is something new that's happening and I constantly have to change them back to the formation that I selected before making the jump. It is also happening all the time whenever I make a jump. If this is not the place to post this, can someone please direct me to the proper place? Oh, for some reason I can't make a new thread to post this. Thanks!

  2. Formations changing back to "Standard" formation during jumps started the same day the "Assembly" was made live. They say their working on it....

  3. Okay thanks. Seems everytime they change or update something, something ends up going wrong.

This update has effected more than usual as it is being dealt with on so many different levels and on the heals of the Visual Update (April Fools Joke) seems to have created even more issues than the TEAM thought it would, but then just like the Kuiper Gate Event they were in a hurry and did not do a full test on it, or fixing issues found before launching it. I hate to see what the game is going to be like when they launch the Equipment in Game component.

  6. Besides finding that more and more players are no longer playing the game for reasons unknown, no. I unfortunately see this game coming to an end, which is to bad because it could be a great game! There's just way to many problems with it. For example, the number of scrap rewards, etc., that you actually receive from alien kills. Your chances of earning enough points to actually get anything is nill!
     
  7. Yup, its called the norm... I have made a priority list of issues I have and this one is around 7 on my top 10. It would be good to see it fixed but I am not sweating it.
     
  8. Maybe we need to start a thread of "Bugs and Glitches Currently in Game" so we could see everything that needs to be worked on in one place and as they are "Fixed" we could notate it as such. Of course we would end up "Spoiler"'ing the thread with each spoiler being for each Update we receive, and under each spoiler every post that said something was "fixed".:):p:D:rolleyes::p

    Kinda like the LAG we are still feeling.:mad::oops::(:p
    YEA, I know and they are going to compound it with the Launch of the >NEW Hangar System< tomorrow posted in the Event FAQ section instead of the O A or E A where everyone looks for these announcements. There was also another FAQ giving us actual Questions and Answers and explanations of how it was going to work but I see it has been deleted now.

  9. They are aware of the issues but we have new events stacking up to bring new issues. They need to go back to the test server, roll back the updates and test one at a time until they find the solution to each problem out there.

  11. Problem is the TEST Server does not have the entire game loaded as we play it and thus can never get a true feel of what is going to happen when they upload to the normal servers.
    Especially now that you have to change the formation every time you login or jump, exploiting a glitch to make an achievement LOL.
     
  12. I agree. The test server gets patchworked for various reasons, one being to force players to only be able to test the reason it is open. Someone would first need to upload the entire game onto the server.
