[TI] Droneupgrade from lvl 2 to 3 by 100% chance failed!?

  1. I tried an upgrade of my last lvl 2 Drone to lvl 3 with a chance of 100%... but it failed!? I paid more than 3k Uridium (within Prem and Rebate) and it failed lol?! By the way it doesnt show me the failure ...
     
  2. I always use 100% myself and very occasionally it says failed but when I check it is fine and the upgrade went through... it is so infrequent that I dont think they will consider sorting such a small item...
    Of course if yours did not upgrade then Support would be your best way (remembering your username and UID when you mail them)
     
  3. You may want to clear and delete histories and caches before contacting Support. As theOtherKey, said it sometimes is just a visual glitch but the item did actually upgrade. Get in a habit of keeping a database of equipment you own so you have some sort of proof to send to support to back your complaint along with screen shots.
     
  4. Its enough that i lost around 6k to 7k uri for 2 drone upgrade from lvl 2 to 3. Both 100% One success one failure....

  5. This needs to be sent to Support. I believe the upgrades are shown in both, the main logbook and the Uridium Balance log, if I am correct then these need to be screen shot (showing the upgrade events) and sent in as proof of the event happening. I know I had an issue with upgrades and the information seen was not accurate for what had happened but in all actuality everything was as it was supposed to be.

    The hands of the forums are limited when it comes to actual expenditures in game bur support can get more information from you and get more detailed in its investigation.

    You need to contact SUPPORT.

    It is true this issue will need to be sent to support.
    What I would recommend that you include in your message to support is the following information.

    Ship Name
    User ID
    Server
    Registered email address

    A copy from your banking logs showing the date and time and the actual upgrade.
    If this has happened multiple times please include each event.
