[TI] Eastern USA Servers Won't Connect

    Hi All,

    Last night I had no issues connecting, but now this morning I cannot connect to any of the Eastern USA servers on my accounts that I had left on a Eastern USA server.
    I get this message pop up.

    int2.darkorbit.bigpoint.com -

    Connection failed
    Error code 8

    The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection rejection (TCP Reset).

    Anyone else having the same issue???

    well this is the message i get from usa east 1 :
    Not Found

    The requested URL /ProjectApi/Authentication was not found on this server.

    Hi all,

    There will be some changes that will affect game servers held on the East Coast datacenter.
    Tomorrow, 12th of April 2016, between 08:00h GMT and 16:00h GMT (4am EDT – noon EDT) there may be temporary disruptions of service due to this.

    Affected servers will be
    USA (East) 1

    Global America 1

    Global America 2

    USA (East) 2

    Global America 3

    US East 3

    Brazil 1

    Global America 5
    Brazil 2

    If you do experience any difficulties in connecting after these times then we would advise completely logging out of the game, restarting the browserthen logging back in. If this does not work then you should completely reset your internet connection before contacting the support team.​
