[TI] Email problem

I cant use my email anymore. The settings are out of date and I cant remember my password to update them and the info listed for text confirmation is from years ago and I no longer have the same number. Am i able to have my email changed? My account is linked to my facebook and i have my credit card info to prove its my account. Also have the rewards for last event been given out i placed in top 50 and haven't noticed any rewards lol are the sent via email

 

You'll need to contact support, as they are the only ones capable of helping you.

 

Well the problem is i cant use that email to contact support or see what they say about it. I can still see my old emails it just wont let me receive new emails or send emails until i update settings for email. I can even screenshot my inbox that shows my email address for my account on here and my new email as well.
