    System says I have 141 charges (from bonus boxes) but for the last several days when I click, nothing happens.

    As mentioned by _Minon_ EMP's don't work at port, have you tried this elsewhere in the map?

    Tt didn't fire in the middle of a map - happened several times - guess what - just tried it, now it works. I'm not kidding. Problem fixed...I guess.
