[TI] emp dont work at random times

    i have been experiencing this alot lately and its starting to make me really mad when i engage in a battle i try to emp and it does not work even if i try to click in manually it don't go off please look into this issue....

    Just to point out that EMP does not fire when in the DMZ... obviously I cannot know if this is your issue and you may already know this but thought I'd mention it...
