[TI] Equipment doesn't seem to be working

I've just come back to the game after a long time and when i've logged in and gone to my ship i see that i have no shields, im very slow and my damage is quite low from what i remember i went and checked all my equipment and it says it's all on my ship but its not when im flying around even my CPU's and repair bots are not working. I've tried removing them and putting them back on but that didnt help i've also done a relog but no help either. If anyone knows how this can be fixed please help me id appreciate it very much.

 

Did you do the usual clear cache and go to flash settings and delete all sites. This will help, to resolve your issue. I remember reading somewhere on the forums, when coming back from a prolonged inactivity sometimes it takes a few hours to get back to your once was full potential. Probably after the first server reset after coming back. But I'm not 100% on that knowledge.

doesn't seem to have changed anything think i'll give it a try tomorrow and see if it's fixed by then if not the i dunno what to do

Did you check to make sure you have all of your equipment on both configs?

 

Don`t know if it will help But i find after a period of inactivity similar issues. My method to resolve it is to unload the ship of all items Log out clear cashes and reinstall items. I usual do this when i see a drop of more then 3-4 hundred damage it is usually once every week or 2. I experience this often as i don`t Play as often as i did because of the cheats

 

I'd say this should be done once or twice a week regardless whether active/inactive. After a period of time playing on a Surgeon design decided to play on a Spectrum. The "Transfer" function doesn't work between ships with uneven slots [Surgeon got 16 gen slots while the Spec. is 15 just like any Goliath] and had to transfer everything manually. Altho I've kept the same amount of lazers after I made the transfer, I've noticed the Spectrum hitting equally hard. Perhaps the manual transfer helped and got the nominal values while when was on Surgeon the dmg was lower than it should have been.
