[TI] error while payment

there is no credit card option while paying



i have done payments with credit card with this acc.


i told it to support but they dont do anything ???? if they dont do anything i ll quit darkorbit because i cant buy premium or stuff

 

You could always use paypal?

 

Clear your FlashPlayer and browser histories/caches and see if this fixes the problem. On USA West I have 9 options, including saved credit card information.

We might be able to help more if we knew what server you were playing also.

 

there is no paypal and another thing, i am at gb2 and it is not about flash player or cookies

You must be pressing something, im on gb2 and it all shows up for me, is there a drop down option saying'how more payment options'?

 

When I first start checkout process I am offered my "Saved Credit Card information", "Pay with Credit Card", and "Pay with Gift Card" and the line "more payment methods" where I get 6 more options to pay with. But you have to have a purchase started and select "Proceed to Checkout" to start seeing the options to pay.

 

When you go to the payment options, it only shows the options available for your geographical area. If you feel that is not correct for your area you need to contact support.
