  1. Hello,

My account is stuck on the establishing connection screen. When I access my account, I cant use hanger, switch ships nor move items when I am logged out.

    Solutions I have tried:
    - I have cleared the cookies, history and cache
    - I have tried using a different browser
    - I have tried logging into my other account and actually play the game, and it has worked.

Is my ship stuck on a map, or is this a glitch by chance?

    Thank you,
    Snowball

  2. You do not specify what server you are trying to access. The last time you accessed this account did you try to access the UBA or R-Zone, these require a ticket to support to direct your ship to the proper server (which sounds like what the issue is). Sometimes it does take some servers longer to connect than others (my US3 connection time is longer than the US2 connection).

Hope I may have shed some light on your problem.

    Hello Snowball❄Fighter,

Can you login now on your ship ? Usually after server restart you should be able to play again. Usually there are some temporary issues effected by connection stability between player and data base. Please let us know so we can progress with your problem.

Snowball❄Fighter Was the account part of a server merge when you tried logging in ? Also , if so was the account inactive for more than 30 days ?
