    So this chat has been going on for weeks now!!! and its really annoying because it goes on after server restarts and at every night it dissapers when are you guys gona fix these?!!

I can only beg for your patience as they work to resolve this problem. Please keep an eye on >this< thread as we are posting updates on the issue as we get them.

    Somebody in the office is messing with us. Best to watch the schedule to see when it goes out and comes back and see who is on duty at that time. :p

    stil no chat here on east 1 it says failed to conect. i even bought a new pc. wasted 600.00 and still no chat ben 3 weeks

    Hello,

    There isn't much more we can do but wait at the moment. We keep reporting the issue while it's going on, but once the chat goes down at night there's nothing more we or support can do regarding chat issues but wait until the chat is up and working again.

    So for now we largely need to await the resolution to whatever issue the US chats are facing in the evenings, and then once that's resolved it will be easier to actually help with other chat related issues (particularly any still getting authentication failed on top of all this).
