    can you guys fix uba man its pathetic that i cant go in i get connection errors and it takes to long to connect to the uba match and its unfair because im losing fights that i can do nothing,. by the time i can move i pop fix uba please its pathetic to play and lose the fight while doing nothing cuz of connection

    What we are asking is when a play is having an issue with the UBA, that they do the following:

    Send in a support ticket with the following information;

    Ship name
    User ID
    Server
    Date and Local Server time of occurrence:

    Description of issue:

    Where you stuck in the UBA:

    Did You loss Connection to the game:


    Once you make a support ticket it will then be report further to the DEV team so that an investigation can be be done.
