    Help me please, my account get stuck, when I tried to change from USA 1 server to Italy 1, how do I solve that problem? I am really inneed of a fast response, because I dont want to miss the calendar of this month.

    I only have my user name and IGN, but I dont know the ID. Could I still can be help? in those 3 days left?

    When you switched to Italy 1, pressing "back" on your browser should have taken you to back to the server you came from. Then, you needed to change server so the system remembers it as your last choice to avoid logging you to Italy 1 by default (even switching from USA 1 to itself would work).
    There is an opportunity window of about 30 minutes before game logs you out automatically due to inactivity. But if you closed the window after failed attempt to get into Italy 1 then the browser session handle is lost and, unfortunately, you can only contact support for help.

    You need to send a ticket to support to redirect your account to the USA1 server. They should be able to advise as to what they need. You can access Support from the bottom of the main login page.

    Hello Japon_ESA,

    In this situation please send ticket to support so they can change your instance. Keep in mind that if you log into old inactive account those account are not accessible after the merges at the moment.
