[TI] Forbidden

TL;DR
Is GB1 and GB2 already merged?

So I contacted support already, and they said that my account is forbidden due to the server merge between Great Britain 1 (GB1) and Great Britain 2 (GB2).
I am still able to login into the account, but I am redirected to the forbidden page.

Is the merge completely done, therefore the procedure to get my account back is still valid? They had told me they do not know a time frame, but I am not sure if that included every server that they plan on merging or just within GB1 and GB2.

 

If your account was inactive at the time of the merging, then there's not much can do other than wait till inactive accounts get merged(since aren't merged yet). As I understand it was initially there plan to merge them around same time as active accounts, but they came into issues.

I'll put below some screenshots from DO Discord, that's of the Community Manager Baracus responding to someone asking about inactive accounts(#general_en channel). Shouldn't take it as totally official(since there's no announcement etc), but hopefully it doesn't take too much longer though.




(though if you play on multiple servers on the account they(/support, but think needs to be passed along) should be able to log you into one of those servers(that aren't merged), in meantime though. unless there is issues in doing that as well in some cases)
