    So I get the 5% dmg and 10% honor while using the Champion but not while using the Independence design.

    With the NEW hangar system and the upcoming Championship games the Independence Design will only be available with the Champion Goliath which when all the other Flag Ships are released will have the stats stated and the flags are just going to be CUSTOMIZATION/Skins so the increased stats will be on the Ship not the skins.
