[TI] Galaxy Gate Lag Times

  1. Hello I am trying to complete a galaxy gate Beta. I completed the Alpha, (I know Beta is harder I'm not new) but I also noticed I died in certain times of the day to a sudden lag spike. I didn't mind it happening once more in my Beta and let it slide, however its happened yet AGAIN. and I'm losing LOTS of ammo and lives. This is very frustrating is there any way I can get that life back in Beta? Please and thanks.

    Send a support ticket because you can have a gate reset one every 30 days but you must send your ticket no later than 24hrs after the loss of gate. Try and combat lag you can tweak your settings set your resolution to medium and hide your drones this does help.

    Whenever i asked support to refund gamma lives, they said they are not able to add back single lives, but are able to reset full gates, and told me to do the gate and then contact them again if it doesn't quite turn out the way youd want it to, so id say best bet is wait for your connection to be stable (not sure if its unstable, just sayin), lower yer settings, play on 3d if you can, and hope for the best, if you do lose your gate, then contact support and let them decide if they refund you the gate or not.

    If you lost the gate, they will reset it at the wave where did you die. Hovewer damaged NPCs will appear again.

    ßLФФDЖ§†ДIПΞD, As stated above, you can request a gate reset from Support.
    Here are the guidelines for a gate reset.
    • EN Servers Only
    • 1 Gate Reset per month ( 30 day period of time -no exceptions)
    • No Frame Rate required

    • All gate issues must be posted within 1 hour to 48 hours of the issue event. Anything past to 48 hours that is not posted will not be an accepted issue.

    Please note that you will need to contact support and provide the following information:
    Ship name:
    User ID:
    Server
    Registered email address.

    Closing as the player has been referred to Support.
