[TI] Galaxy Gate spin generator broken

Hello,

Tonight I have been building Zeta gate, and have noticed that Galaxy Gate generator is not working properly. Almost every 5-7 clicks on the button to spin, it gets frozen and I need to refresh the page to continue spinning. With this, I don't know if I got any rewards from the spin, or I just lost the spin without rewards.

What is happening exactly, look at the image below:

You can see the Energy button is darker like when you press and wait for the result of the spin, but it will never give me any rewards. After refresh all good for next couple of spins, than freezing again.

Tried this on different lap tops, it's the same. Also cleared cache and stuff, nothing changed.

I don't know if the Galaxy Gate spin is actually bugged, or it's the server not accepting requests, cause tonight I have noticed that there are problems with chat reconnecting all the time.

Please, look into this as soon as possible.

It is very possible that this issue may have been a server related issue. Can i ask whether this was the only time this issue occurred for you, or do you experience this on a regular basis?

Sorry for late reply. I have experienced this issue at the time opening this thread. In meantime, I didn't had too much time to play, so I haven't tested.

That means it's waiting on a response from the server. Perhaps your internet connection has dropped in quality. I'd reboot any network equipment you have.

 

We are sorry that you are experiecing this type of issue, I can tell you that if uridium was taken from your account for the spins. You did recieved something. The lag you could be experiencing could be caused by one of the following things:

1. Web Browser is not up to date
2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
3. Cache needs to be empty
4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
5. Distance from server
6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
8. Programs Running in the Background
9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

10. Try a different Browser to see if issue continues.
11. Possible server problem.

These are all things that could be causing the issue, these are just suggestions as to what the issue might be to help you resolve the current problem.
