[TI] Galaxy Gates crashing

Every time I try to do a galaxy gate, it crashes. Terror Gate keeps crashing on me, Gamma Gate has crashed twice, Beta Gate has crashed once, Alpha Gate crashed twice both times I've done it. It's quite annoying that I'm wasting ammo, creds, uri, and get nothing in return. The only thing I've finished was Alpha Gate once. Pretty ridiculous. How about giving quite a bit of ammo, uri, and creds back for my troubles. On another note, don't have a problem playing game itself, but I would like to be able to do gates to get the rewards. You're not getting any refunds. Only if you lose a gate do you get legs gate back nothing else

 

well, I have lost Beta Gate and will prob. be losing Gamma if it crashes again

If you are finding that you are crashing in your gate often, then there is most likely an underlying problem that may be causing this. Below is a variety of reasons as to why you could be experiencing this issue (courtesy of Astraea):

1. Web Browser is not up to date
2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing / conflicting plugins
3. Cache needs to be emptied
4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
5. Distance from server
6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
8. Programs Running in the Background
9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

10. Try a different Browser to see if issue continues.
11. Possible server problem.

If you do lose a gate, whilst support are unable to return ammunition or provide any form of compensation, they will often be able to reset the galaxy gate for you (one reset per 30 days), and this will put you back in your gate where you left off, and with 3 fresh new lives.
