    Hello to whom it may concern to let know if any has reported before the free video to watch is not rewarding for a point each time watched. waits till the end and then exits after video has played. not sure if this has been ongoing or not but might be worth taking a look at. also the free video to watch is not mentioned in the help question box at bottom about info on galaxy gates.

    Just awesome. Now I have to start paying more attention. I don't always get the start video, something I don't feel bad about since they get to be long and annoying, but will have to run through my servers to check the ones I know I got to see if I have this same problem.

    The "free spin"( for gg) after watching a vid only works sometimes. I kept track of 10 x's a day for 7 days and sent support my findings.
    Only worked 50% of time on average.
    The reply was basically useless. Just another thing in the game that does not work...............

    Thank you all for you input on this issue, it has been passed on to the support team and the Dev team that the videos do not appear to be working properly.

    Generally what support needs to know is which particular videos are not functioning as they should.
    Please let us know and we will pass this information along.
