[TI] Game Down Again

Tried logging in to game client at 1245Am EST and got a blank page, also hanger equipment and
Galaxy Gate page are also blank, Auction is no longer working properly, time doesn't come up and it also will not allow u to scroll thru the page, pilot page will not allow u to scroll down thru the page, could us an update on problem and whats being down to correct problem, and pls
don't tell me it's flash player because that was first thing checked, also don't relog into web-
browser already did that, and reading forum shows i'm not the only one experiencing this
problem.

Try deactivating Firewall,Antivirus and other stuff if you have.This worked for me although not in Chrome but in mozilla.

 

There have been several replies from a member of the game team in this thread. I'd recommend checking it frequently for updates.

Disable your firewall i just did and it let me right in i am using chrome
YEA ME Now for these DO scums to give me back my Booster time that got wasted

 

gentlemen it wasn't a firewall problem it was a do problem, because i've been using the same browser for the last few months with no
problem, and it wasn't just me experiencing these problems, quite a few people were have the same problems, all day yesterday, check
other posts.

We're aware of the chat issue. I'm currently in the process of trying to track down an ETA on a fix.

(while sitting in game watching my chat box repeatedly attempt to re-connect)

When we learn something new, I - or one of the Mods - will post an update.

 

I'm sure you guys will give us a compensation for the issues that are happenning...

 

You should be aware that they're not obliged to compensate you. I don't think raging and calling them names is going to incline them to do so.
