    Check for both browser and shockwave updates.

    SnakeIdol, As suggested above, please check for updates on your browser and plugins. You can also try uninstalling the Flash plugin and reinstall fresh. Is this only happening in one browser or in different browsers?

    worked much better today, thanks. chrome had two flash players running at once.
