[TI] Game not loading

    error msg reads could not load pluggins Has anyone seen this before?

    not sure if this is the same, but client is suddenly not working for me: opens a black window, nothing happens, can't play, sucks.

    Below is a variety of reasons as to why you could be. experiencing these issues.

    1. Web Browser is not up to date
    2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
    3. Cache needs to be empty
    4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
    5. Distance from server
    6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
    7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
    8. Programs Running in the Background
    9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

    (This is an actual web page - not just an image)
    10. Try a different Browser to see if issue continues.
    11. Possible server problem.

    These are all things that could be causing the issue, these are just suggestions as to what the issue might be to help you resolve the current problem.

    I have the same problem. I was using Firefox with Linux Mint xfce 17.2. Browser, flash and Java all up to date; all caches were cleared. By using Chromium, I am able to open the game client and play the game.

    Have you verified that the plug ins that you are using for Firefox are up-to-date, and or have not been disabled.

    it's linux firefox that's the problem. i'd been using it for awhile. it bogs down easy, crashes half the time loading client, and now this. tried chrome and none of these things happen. sucks because i'd rather use firefox, but guess not.

    speaking from up to date firefox / flash for ubuntu 12.04.
