    Hello Admin,
    I have set my setting as instructed in forums but i keep lagging out in gates. Now i lost my all 3 lives in Gamma gate. Pls advice what should I do . Also please put my gate back. Thanks.

    You will need to contact support about this, I think the rule is 1 gate reset a month so just make sure you email in and explain the situation :)

    Hello ╣λňũßî§╠-[ŦIFs],

    Please follow Okapi32's advice and contact support asking for your gamma galaxy gate to be reset. Support will normally reset one galaxy gate every 30 days regardless of the circumstances in which it was lost.

    With regards to your game lag, can i ask what in-game settings do you use? Do you have the settings on relatively low or high settings?

    Also if you play from a laptop, be sure to check that you're on the correct power plan as i myself have entered the game and found that it was lagging because my laptop was on the 'power saving' mode.
