    can I get help I did my alpha gate and was pop because DO keeps freezing why? I had 40 fps is it my pc or DO ? I need help because I did alpha and lost all my lives and even for lambda what can I do

    Here are the guidelines for a gate reset.
    • EN Servers Only
    • 1 Gate Reset per month ( 30 day period of time -no exceptions)
    • No Frame Rate required

    • All gate issues must be posted within 1 hour to 48 hours of the issue event. Anything past to 48 hours that is not posted will not be an accepted issue.

    Please note that you will need to contact support and provide the following information:
    Ship name:
    User ID:
    Server
    Registered email address.

    Closing as player has been referred to Support.
