[TI] GB1.. CONNECTION LOST BOX and CANT CONNECT TO SPACE MAP

2 days ago i was in an alpha gate, i lost connection and have been unable to play the game ever since.
I have cleared cache and browser history, reinstalled my browser and have tried a different browser too.
i am able to load the space map and enter the game only on puffin browser on my phone now.
i have made numerous attempts to log into the game from my laptop and have tried it from a different laptop and still have the same issue.
I have contacted support 2 days ago and yet have heard nothing.
from my account page i can go to a different server with no issues and enter another servers spacemap. thats no good though as my main acc is gb1. please help .
i purchased a honour booster for 50 % honour for 5 days and this is running out while im waiting.

yes i got the auto response, but not heard from support since.

Its been 4 days now without being able to load space map. After green start tab is pressed, "connection lost" box appears. when i press to reconnect, it jumps immediately back to connection lost.

I can go to a different server and it loads ok and am able to enter the space map on a different server.

if anyone else is experiencing anything like this, please say.
