[TI] Generators and Weapons Missing

    I'm being told that I have no weapons or generators, although I can see them in my inventory, I can't use them in the game. What is going on?

    Log out and Clear your browser and flash cache then log back in. If the issue still persists delete all your configs in your hanger and refresh your hanger page and re equip your ship. If all else fails you may need to get help from support.

    Clear cache and restart your computer, that should work.

    Thank you for responding to my question. I tried what you said, but it didn't work. On the list of inventory for my goliath it says 0 lasers and 0 generators, but the picture shows them all there.

    Did you DELETE your CONFIGS and reassign the equipment? You may have to re-enter the Hangar to see the unequipped equipment to re-assign it. This fixed my problem when I encountered it about a month after the Hangar change.

    EDIT:

    You need to find out what ships they are assigned to and "delete" the configurations so you can use them on other ships. If you see it in the "Inventory" but not the "Equipment" then it means they have been assigned to a ship. It is hard to see what ship now but you can click on a ship and the main page will tell you the number of lasers and shields assigned (if any) hit manage on this ship and then click the gear icon next to the config 2 button and delete the configuration you may need to do BOTH 1 and 2 (been too long since I deleted a config) to clear all equipment. There is a glitch that requires you to re-enter the hangar to be able to see the available equipment after deleting configs.

    All my equipment is in maximize inventory and i cant use him on my ships.On inventory(minimize)is only equipment from configuration.What to do its fustraite.

    You will need to go to your hanger and look at the other ships you currently own to see if this equipment is installed on a different ship.
    When you find the ship it is installed on, use the delete configurations on that ship and it will return it to the inventory where as you can place it on what ever ship you desire.
