[TI] Global Europe 1 - insane lag, not being able to log into space

Greetings,

Since yesterday I am having crazy lag issues in Global Europe 1. That continued to be the same today, but now I am not even able to log into space:



That "Establishing connection ..." thing is going around for 15-20 minutes already, and it doesn't seem that it will work for tonight.

What is going on? Why there is no official statement from BP/DO? I was able to talk a bit with other players on my server in the in-game chat (when I was barely able to connect), and they all said that these issues are around more then a week on the server?

Can we please get some update on this? When will I be able to play the game, and finish my event missions?

Yes, this lag have been here for more than a month but they dont do anything about it. If you want to play try to change hangars to x-1 or x-2. I dont know how its possible but it seems that the lag just affects some maps

 

Well, I can try that if I can only log into the space, haha. Still, it has been couple of hours since I am not being able to log in.

Update:
I have found some strange behavior of the game. I had my active hangar - Leonov, placed on port on 2-2 map. Was not being able to log into the game for hours. After reading what @-WantYouGone said above, I have tried to log in again from my active hangar - Leonov, with no success.
Then, I switched to a random hangar, with another ship inside it. And, for my surprise, I logged into the game with no problems at all. Switched back to my Leonov, and it worked.

This behavior is really strange. Someone else reported in the in-game chat that they also faced similar issues (for example, they let their ships in 3-4 map) and they were not able to log into the game.

I tried to reproduce this issue, but with no success. My initial theory was that the account is getting bugged if you log out a ship on a map with no base, but it seems it is not the issue, cause I have tried this and I was not able to reproduce the bug.

 

We are aware that several servers are experiencing a lag issue.
This matter is being investigated, and your patience is always appreciated.

@ASTRAEA Any update on this matter? The lag keeps on going, when I get home from work I can barely play the game, and I don't see any changes on this matter as days go by.
